How do we do payments and be sure of product shipment ?

We take cash in advance and then start the process for shipment the process takes place with the buyer while informing every step taken and producing documents needed by the buyer for clearance from the port.

Free on Board (FOB) :The seller clears the goods for export and delivers them when they are onboard the vessel at the named port of shipment. Buyer assumes all risks for goods from this moment forward.

Why advanced payments and how can i be sure this will not become a irregularity ?

Advance payment allows us to know you have confirmed to buy the product and allows us to proceed with payments for the documents and freight charges. We will send you an invoice after the purchase order document has been given to us first invoice you can counter and make changes as convenient after that an invoice confirmed will be given and will work accordingly .
